DIR-TSO-3748), without the hassle of competing the work. Use of this site is for DIR customers only. DIR customers include state of Texas agencies, public institutions of higher education, and local governments, including school districts. DIR ITS Hardware, Software and Services Contract (DIR-TSO-3748)

Purchases made directly by DIR customers to Myers and Stauffer for Security Services through the DIR Cooperative Contracts program are governed by the terms and conditions of contract number DIR-TSO-3748. Customers will obtain security services pricing and assistance, or any other related services from Myers and Stauffer, and submit purchase orders directly to Myers and Stauffer for all orders of Security Services.

The specific MSRP (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price) for each service provided by Myers and Stauffer is dependent on the level of effort (number of hours) to complete the service, which is further dependent on the nature of the requesting entity’s infrastructure (for example, the effort to complete Vulnerability Scanning Services is dependent on the size of the network being assessed including the number of network devices and IP’s to be assessed). For general comparison purposes, the average MSLC blended rate per hour for these services is $220.50, to which the customer discount would be applied when calculating the cost per hour for each service. The DIR Administrative Fee will then be added as required by the DIR Cooperative Contracts program.

Myers and Stauffer warrants to use due professional care consistent with relevant industry best practices for similar services in providing services under contract no. DIR-TSO-3748. In order to ensure that we meet our commitment to provide quality service, As a CPA firm, Myers and Stauffer has specific procedures with respect to the quality of our work. Our quality control review (QCR) processes begin at project startup and continue through completion of final project reporting and delivery of all required results. These procedures meet relevant consulting standards for quality control. Because we do not provide hardware or software under this contract, a returns policy is not directly relevant.
