Louisiana Medicaid Pharmacy Reimbursement

Effective May 1, 2019, LDH’s primary ingredient reimbursement will utilize the NADAC, which is an actual acquisition cost reimbursement index calculated by CMS, plus a professional dispensing fee. Please see the CMS Pharmacy Pricing website for the most current NADAC rates.

The Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) has contracted with Myers and Stauffer LC, a national certified public accounting and consulting firm, to provide and maintain rates for drugs with no associated NADAC or WAC rate.
