Cost of Dispensing Survey
The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) the agency responsible for administering the Oregon Health Plan (OHP), has contracted with Myers and Stauffer LC, a national Certified Public Accounting firm, to conduct a pharmacy cost of dispensing (COD) survey as part of the process to evaluate the professional dispensing fee component of the OHA fee-for-service pharmacy reimbursement. All pharmacies enrolled in the Oregon Medicaid fee-for-service pharmacy program are requested to participate in the survey. Below you will find helpful documents for the COD, including the COD survey form for individual pharmacies, and the COD survey tool for multiple locations. The survey due date is March 7, 2024.
