Welcome to the Myers and Stauffer LC State of Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) Cooperative Contracts site. Our services are now available to Texas DIR customers directly through the Cooperative Contracts program through the DIR Deliverables-Based Information Technology Services Contract (contract no. DIR-TSO-4177), without the hassle of competing the work. Use of this site is for DIR customers only. DIR customers include state of Texas agencies, public institutions of higher education, and local governments, including school districts. DIR Deliverables-Based Information Technology Services (DBITS) Contract (DIR-TSO-4177)

Purchases made directly by DIR customers to Myers and Stauffer for Deliverables-Based Information Technology Services through the DIR Cooperative Contracts program (for an overview of the DIR Co-op Contract program go here) are governed by the terms and conditions of contract number DIR-TSO-4177. Customers will obtain services pricing and assistance, or any other related services from Myers and Stauffer, and submit purchase orders directly to Myers and Stauffer for all orders of Deliverables-Based Information Technology Services.

Deliverables-Based Information Technology Services Offered

Services offered by Myers and Stauffer under the DIR Deliverables-Based Information Technology Services Contract (DIR-TSO-4177) are listed below, along with the applicable discounts over Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) offered to DIR customers.

Information Technology Assessments and Planning
1)  Definition: IT Assessments and Planning may include IT effectiveness, maturity, governance, project management and architecture. Strategic planning activities may include mission statement development, visioning and goals, objectives, and strategy development. Tactical planning may require that actionable plans and roadmaps be provided.

2)  Examples of included services: IT assessments, including enterprise architecture and cloud assessments; staff knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs) assessments; bandwidth assessments, network performance and strategic and tactical planning.

Pricing and Discounts
Myers and Stauffer offers a DIR Customer Discount of 20% off MSRP for Information Technology Assessments and Planning services procured through the DIR DBITS contract (contract no. DIR-TSO-4177).

How to Order

The DIR Cooperative Contracts program requires two items to be completed before work can begin:

1. Statement of Work

  • View the steps for the SOW submission process and complete the sections of the most appropriate SOW template relevant to your project.
  • Send the SOW to:

  • Myers and Stauffer will respond by the due date for evaluation.

Note that Statements of Work with an expected cost of $50,000 or more require DIR approval.

2. Purchase Order

  • Once the project details are finalized, the Statement of Work will be signed by both organizations, and you can request a PO from your purchasing department to be submitted to Myers and Stauffer. Make the Purchase Order (PO) payable to Myers and Stauffer LC, referencing the DIR- Myers and Stauffer agreement number of DIR-TSO-4177
  • As soon as we receive the PO, we will begin work on your project.

Myers and Stauffer warrants to use due professional care consistent with relevant industry best practices for similar services in providing services under contract no. DIR-TSO-4177. In order to ensure that we meet our commitment to provide quality service, As a CPA firm, Myers and Stauffer has specific procedures with respect to the quality of our work. Our quality control review (QCR) processes begin at project startup and continue through completion of final project reporting and delivery of all required results. These procedures meet relevant consulting standards for quality control. Because we do not provide hardware or software under this contract, a returns policy is not directly relevant.
